The origins of the Computer Class Project and its far reaching effects
It started in New York City about 3 years ago. The need was clearly there and the means to fill the need were readily available. Together with the adults, computer classes at different levels were organized for disadvantaged inner city students as well as new teenage immigrants.

Kathy Feely is co-chair of the Elementary Committee for Sathya Sai Education in Human Values in the USA. This is a summary of a presentation they gave at a recent national conference on character education in the USA.
